If rumours coming from Wigan are true, would he be worth a punt?

Personally we have enough in the forwards, but could there potentially be some utility value in him?

Yes, he has his issues, but no more so than we've had players with issues in the past.

I think he's a fantastic player and if we did sign him, however unlikely and purely hypothetical this is, I'd find it more funny than anything else because of how much the goons would hate it.

It was a hypothetical question being worth a punt, as the rumours are yet to be confirm.. Having said that many on Cherry and White are consigned to the fact that Hock will not be wearing the Cherry and White hoops for much longer!

As Ski has already said he runs some devastating lines and has a mean offload when he's drawn in 2-3 defenders into a tackle.

I understand he's had issues, and it would be a risky punt taking him on board, but he would add another dimension to our one up rugby we normally play. (we have yet to play a game under Brown yet so can not pass comment until we see what sort of tactics he uses)

Why the hell would we want Hock with the amount of backrowers we have???? If anything upfront needs strengthing and Half Back before we can consider signing a backrower. Personally I dont want Hock if he's available or not.....

He is a talent, not sure what he has done this time.

I'd keep away, more trouble than it's worth. He may be a good player, but it doesn't make up for him being a thug.

hock is one of the better players in the world, and is better than most of our back rowers, however i would not want him any where my club.

i also believe whoever he players for he will miss at least 6 games suspended
