I think you're doing Eammon a massive disservice if you think the only thing he achieved is the new stadium. Look a bit further back to the fact that he saved the club from certain extinction and took us to being the most successful club of the super league era. Clearly we're in a bad position currently but slagging off the man who is responsible for the fact the club even exists is a bit harsh. He's a very successful business man and has made a huge amount of money, quite a bit more than either of us I suspect, so he clearly is good at something.

I agree with everything you've said about Eamonn's
[upast[/u achievements but, whilst they are stellar, it doesn't give him the right to be afforded endless latitude for the numerous cock ups he's made with coaches. You could also argue that he hasn't covered himself in glory with the way the club interacts with fans and that was part of my point about him 'appearing' to come across as rather aloof and arrogant. I'd argue that business is is strength (as do you) but that the environment he's now operating in demands something very different. Sure he's a finance man, sure he's got acumen but can he run a rugby Club? It's different IMO and he has to be as accountable in his position as he's made KC in his. Otherwise what kind of culture is that?
I am not happy with the current setup either but I'd rather go with that than rush an appointment and risk it being another wrong one. Hats off to EM for at least being willng to take his time.
Anyway, I have moved on from the whole KC thing as it's done. I am just focusing on getting a surprise and walloping that shower on Friday
