Most of the super league games have been very poor quality with errors from dropped passes, mis-tackles, not dealing with kicks etc that have provided the excitement, rather than skill and intensity. Saints joined the robotic clan early in the season with trying to complete sets and win the middle rather than creative play, we could say Walsh, Fages and the introduction of Lomax is starting to steer away at last from this boring stuff.
We were once the ambassadors of open creative rugby which Warrington have adopted more this season, I agree with most of Phil Clarkes article, we definitely don't want Robots who decide to activate after 5 tackles, it just won't attract and increase the fan base.
