I just don't think they have it in them to play well in consecutive games, which is a problem given the situation we've found ourselves in.

funny you and the ref have beat that small team 3 times this season...seeing as your the smaller team left in the comp you should cake walk it...providing you take those vid refs with you,,the semi and the final will be a walk over for you.....

I thought Swift played well for you, although apart from Savelio non of the forwards turned up, really. It may just be me, but I'm not sure what Greenwood does to warrant the hype. He's a big unit, and he runs good lines near the try line, but is his all round contribution good enough?

Aren't most of the top teams showing that the Super 8s is just harder than the simple league system? It will take players a while to get used to more regular intense games, but its an absolute must in the end to improve standards. Assuming the system stays in place it will be very interesting to see how coaches balance player fatigue and trying to get as good a league position as possible.

The two things that need addressing are getting rid of the now pointless extra Millenium game (or whatever its called) and moving the CC to finish before the Super and Middle 8s kick off.
