You're 100% right.
Hock won't have regrets, he's not clever enough to have regrets. He never learns, it's never his fault and he won't see his career as a waste in the slightest yet everyone knows how wrong he is. He's the most naturally gifted forward I've ever seen at Wigan yet it's all been thrown away.
I would say the only real positive of his career has been that it's kept him just about on the straight and narrow in his life because he seems the type that if he hadn't had rugby league he'd probably be getting free bed and board at her majesty's pleasure more often then not.
Sad really.
