Mike Rush was on Try Time on Thursday night. He didn't know the exact number of tickets sold, but said that there are "not that many left" and "we are down to the last couple of thousand now".

He said that with another payday due at the end of January, he is pretty confident of a full house. There will be a real marketing push in February leading upto the game.

"South stand pretty much sold out". "Not many left in the North stand". "In the West stand there are about 1000 tickets left" (this will probably have changed since the date of the interview). "There is a bit of room left in the east stand".

I'm hoping all 3 games get over the 15K attendance (not sure of Wires limit is at present)

If we are down to the last couple of thousand then we have sold more than 13k.

Tickets are quite expensive for a friendly. They'll do well to get a big crowd on.

If there are only around 1,000 left in the home (West Stand) are you saying there are only about the same amount available in the East Stand and have sold around 16,000 tickets?

If so that's very good news.

Still about 1700 for sale in the East stand. It has bigger capacity than the west stand for some reason.
