Alex Walmsley had an operation that had been put off till after the Grand Final. I know he was a bit fed up with having to stay at home over November (physio etc.) when the rest of the team were texting him pictures of themselves from the beach.

As far as I know the op went fine so shouldn't hinder his start at the new season.

LMS has had an operation also? Don't know what for? (seen his wifes tweet)

Last report on Walsh was that he expects to be back in January and ready for the start of the season.

I think it's Lomax who isn't going to make the start of the season. From what someone has said on RedVee, he's still got 12 weeks of rehab to go.

January? I'm pretty sure Walsh is due back later this month.

Lomax will be fit for the start, barring complications. He won't have much of a pre season though.

That's an amazing recovery for Walsh when you consider what his ankle looked like in that game. I thought he'd never walk again never mind play.

Lomax has tweeted that he's been rehabbing in the gym (whilst everyone else has been away) and was glad to see people coming back. Sounded like he was making decent progress.

Don't forget, Roby has also had to have an operation, hasn't he?
