Turner has done nothing for Saints to suggest we would want to extend his contract. If there is anyone of any level of class in the academy or out of contract, I'd suggest he's fairly close to the door now. Terrible defensively and no way near what he should be in attack.

On his day he's a very good centre (with signs to say he has the potential to be "quality") - being woefully out of form doesn't change that (nor does it change the fact he's been very poor in the last month or so).
Over the long term, Percival and Jones should be our centres (so even if people want turner gone, we have the players) where that would leave turner depend entirely on recapturing last years form... |

He's got the physique to be a centre but In my experience, when a centre can't tackle to save his life, he's usually shifted to the wing. |
