I think it will be 4-5 matches at least, mostly because of the timing and the injury to Alex McKinnon.
I think this injury highlighted there can be zero tolerance of dangerous tackles like this. Some guys might end up getting lengthy bans, for the occasional accident or poor technique, not to mention something more malicious, but you cannot risk somebody getting a life changing injury.

It may be worth pointing out that the ban for the McKinnon tackle wasn't just 7 matches on the tackle alone.
In Australia they have a 'points' system whereby the tackle will be awarded a certain number of points looking at different factors, for each 100 points a one game ban is given.
The tackler in the McKinnon case was given 325 points for the tackle but then a further 400 points for the injury resulting in a 7 game ban.
