Wonderful effort from all 17 tonight. Everyone contributed positively and fave every ounce of energy they had. Simply amazing with 10 players out.

That win will turn some kids in to men tonight and it adds a natural depth to your squad. I was really impressed with Greenwood as I am everytime I see him. All the young forwards did well and Lomax and Makinson were exceptional.

Good to see even as a Wigan fan. Good Friday is shaping up to be a real tussle and must be one if the mist highly anticipated derbies in years. We'll need to find some improvement to run you close.

It's the best win for some seasons. It takes me back to some of those early SL games we won. Especially with so many out and Leeds had us under the pump for so long without really threatening us.

Did Savelio get hurt - didn't notice him in the second half. Certainly a strong carrier of the ball - was unlucky with the penalty that lead to their try , didn't think he did much wrong ???

Just seen the penalty back, nothing in it at all.

I think Savelio was at fault defensively for their try as well, but he was then instrumental in our next score with some fantastic running. Did himself proud overall. All of the young forwards were magnificent, and Masoe must have done about 65 minutes. Brilliant all round.

Wow wow wow!!! What a a game. Im surprised no one has mentioned both winger and centres much. They kept hall and co very quiet. Swift even with a cheeky ball steel

He did have his hand in but unless the ball carrier is delayed or has the ball knocked out of their hand, why is that rule in existence anyway? There was nothing in the penalty to make it 8-6 either. The decision to give a drop out when the ball hits Lomax's foot was also daft. They are saying the Leeds player didn't mean to touch it, yet he was clearly trying to ground the damn thing. Then they give a knock on to avoid having to rule on the penalty try.
