Anybody else recieved an e-mail from this company asking you to sign a document online to agree to the terms and conditions for this years payments to come out ?

They say if i dont sign by the 9th of December they will send me a paper copy but charge me £10. Never check my E-Mails so luckily just spoted it.

That sounds very dodgy. Has the ownership of the credit agreement changed?

Its not a con. I have just received a letter from Premium Credits explaining it all. Just done mine on-line as it did mention that they will charge you if the have to send you a reminder.

Personally I'd never respond to an email asking me for money even if recognised the company. And I doubt they could get away with charging you £10 for sending a letter when it isn't in their terms and conditions. The claim to charge £10 could be a way of scammers trying to force you to part with your cash online.

Call the company on the phone at the number provided in a letter.

It'd fine. I've used them to get my season ticket the last two years and each year had to go online to sign. They're also the credit company for my sons car insurance and had to do the same thing for that. Alls it is is checking a box agreeing to the terms.
