Not jealous at all mate. I just think on paper it's a poor poor team and the worst to win a grand final. I've got great respect for Wigan team, they work hard, well coached and are winners. It's a team with only one star in Sam tomkins, the rest are nothing special but have great work ethic.

That's his point, genius.
Look at your own team. Look at the players you've lost. People thought when Leulie and Finch were replaced by Smith and Green, it would be a real step down, but you've made it work.
Smith has nowhere near the all round ability/star quality of Leiulieu, but Wane saw that he had a massive boot and knew he could make the rest of his game work within the team. Smith's worked hard and became an integral part of a very slick operation.
Had Wigan not signed him, do you think Salford would've not signed Chase and Tim Smith (who failed at Wigan, remember)? Of course they would.
However other fans phrase it, its a compliment to Wane, its a compliment to the Wigan club and culture and its a compliment to the lads who pull on the shirt every week.
