I've not seen this mentioned yet, so I thought I'd give it a thread.
In the League Express this week Josh Perry has announced his retirement. He says "I had a few goals that I wanted to achieve over here, which I've never come close to achieving. So it's been a frustrating three years."
Another observation from the same publication: Luke Walsh finished joint 4th in the Dally M voting this season. Not bad.
We took a gamble on a guy with inherent injuries. What we couldn't factor in is he really didn't have the heart for it. We made a grave error like with Tindall and move on. However Kevin Ward was a huge gamble at a horrible time for the club and that one worked. Sometimes it is luck.
