Much as I think he has been utter rubbish for us since he arrives, it is sad to see going out with such an injury.

At least it explains his terrible efforts when attempting a comeback. I wouldn't wish a nasty injury on any player and I hope he makes a comeback for someone next year .... just not us

Like I said, he was injured and not dropped.

This shows the was no reason why we couldn't have gone for soward as we could de-register Perry.

Doesn't mean we couldn't do it for someone else, though. Aren't Penrith desperate to shed salary?

Good signing by the club which excited me. The reality was a nightmare on Elm Street 3 years of taking the mickey out of our club.

After his first couple of appearances I thought to myself 'when he gets some match fitness he'll be good for us'. Unfortunately that was as good as it got.

It was the injuries he picked up at the back end of his NRL career that set the tone for his whole time at saints. He just never got fully fit from those injuries. He was pretty clean from injuries in his NRL career so we got unlucky.

i was made up with his signing, shame it just never worked.

I was happy with the signings of Hohaia, Laffranchi and Perry as I'm sure many of us were, look how the things turned out...
