I used to love watching saints every time they were on sky im a neutral but now its become as exciting as salford v london.I really hope u guys become successfull and exciting again.

as do i mate. Having the worst half back combination in the league currently doesn't help in wilkin and wello. However the past few years we've been dull as we've been playing to the strengths of our only class player in Roby.

That being said I do think, and it isn't a popular opinion, that Brown is slowly making us look a little better in attack. Once we get the link between Hohaia, Wilkin and Lomax back, with percival and swifts pace out wide and Manu and TP's offloads we SHOULD be a bit more appealing to watch!

I think the entertainment value of the entire sport has gone backwards over the last 4-5 years.

I think it all goes back to the dictat from the RFL/SL, which moved the game away from the quick PtB's and penalising sides for slowing play down. The more canny coaches adapted their teams' defences to incorporate the wrestling techniques, to slow the game down even more.

I find the game a shadow of what it was 5/10 years ago.
