| Ye, another year for the old guard, but, more importantly, another year for all the younger players to learn off those older ones.
Rather than Gareth O'Brien be left exposed in such a vital position, he gets to slowly learn his trade from Briers...Similarly, Hill will learn from Morley, Ratchford from Hodgson, Currie from Westwood, etc.
When these guys do eventually move on, the younger players will move into their spots with minimal disruption....The future looks very rosey, and looks to be very well mapped out by Tony Smith.

Indeed we do - I've moved on the KR terracing to avoid having to be around lowlife Saints scum on more than one occassion. My observation is merely that, in my experience, Warrington seem to have a higher percentage of human detritus amongst their number than any other club do.

I'm guessing you never went to the Boulevard then? That's the only place I've been to where I've felt threatened by middle aged women out with their kids.
Hull is also the only place I've ever known where fans of a rival club will pay to get into the home fans section of the ground when the team they support isn't actually playing just to pick a fight with the other club's fans.

| The KC Stadium is the only place I've ever felt uncomfortable at a RL game. A section of the home crowd in the corner near the Saints fans spent the whole game looking at us, making cut-throat gestures, pointing threatingly and basically doing everything but look at the game. I don't know about the rest of you, but I follow RL and attend matches to have a laugh and maybe a drink, and enjoy some friendly banter.

Same for all teams that fella, and I'm sorry to say the most unpleasant ***ks I've had to speak to after their team become champs have actually been from your lot... but at the same time some of the most level headed and appreciative have been from your lot too. People can be uncouth arrogant berks no matter where they live or who they support.
As for me, I'm just enjoying the ride - The team I've supported since I was a kid currently plays brilliant Rugby League after years and years of total ineptitude, and is in the mix for trophies. Will we win the required games in the playoffs to get to the GF? Will we win it if we do? God knows, I'm just going to enjoy watching it.

Never had a kicking myself I'm glad to say. But I've been verbally abused at Wigan, Saints and Huddersfield for simply daring to walk around quietly going about my business. Last time I drove to a Wigan away game after work I ended up with no choice but to use the official stadium car park because of how late I got there (roadworks on the M6), so walking to my car after the game some stupid trollop decided to abuse me and some of the language she was using would have made a sailor blush. What makes it even worse was a little old lady who was with her (I assume her mum, from the statement 'what the hell have I raised here?') was pleading with her to shut up.
