I 100% emailed CST, the was three of us at my house when we did it.

I don't care about your business or if it's good or not, I passed comment on my personal experince of CST which I think is poor.

I run my own business and I would never not reply to any email and I certainly wouldn't be offensive in a private message to potential future customers.

There must have been some miscommunication somewhere. Dave is one of the nicest and most helpful people you would ever meet.

I'm locking this thread now, one person says that they have received poor service from this company, others say they have received nothing but good service from the same company, this thread is going nowhere fast.

If you wish to use CST, and Pete's is one of the very few complaints I've seen btw, the lesson is to use their business email address to contact them.
