Well Jacob enjoyed the match today up to about the 60th minute. At that point the noise got a bit much for him and after lots of tears, for the first time in years and years, we had to leave before the final whistle! Gutted we missed the ending!!!!
Should say a massive thanks to the Widnes club, who allowed me to take Jacob into the gym and creche area under the stand to change his nappy, as the disabled toilet was in use. Good to see friendly stewarding.
Anyway, I've done it! He attended his first match and hopefully next season, when he's a bit more aware of things, he will attend a few more.
