He did, actually. Quite a few times (if you were in the West Stand, you may not have noticed as he was generally kicking when we were pegged back deep; I was in the South Stand, about on a line 10m from the east end tryline)

| Good result for us from the Hull-Hudds match. With Hull winning, we are two points clear of the next batch. Hudds/Leeds/Hull are now all on 22 points, although Hull have a game in hand.

Hull are in their period of tough matches now so they might drop a game or two. If we can beat Huddersfield next home game we might open up some points space with the teams below us. Catalans are going into a tough period as well, can see us being on equal points right up to the last couple of games.

47035_1386433761.gif We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_47035.gif |

| Hull and Catalan have to play each other 2 times quite close together because of the game that was post-poned at the start of the year.
You'd expect Catalan to win the game in France but at the KC, that may get turned around. Which would be good for us. We need Catalan to lose a game, to let us have our destiny in our own hands when we come to play them. Same for the Wire.
It's getting to that squeaky bum time and teams will in the top 8 will be taking points off each other here and there. This weekend has been close to perfect for Saints results wise. I did not expect Wakey to over turn Catalan. But once we have played Catalan and Wire, from a terrible start we could be in an even better position than we were at this point last year.
edit: forgot Wire and Catalan play each other next week. It's a win win for Saint that one, who would we rather lose?????

| I seem to recall predicting you'd get back into the top 4 when you were all VERY doomy and gloomy.... I wish I'd been wrong...
