Could that not be because your coaching staff have told your players to target him ? . If you play a team with a hothead it makes sense to try and push him over the edge.

A neutrals view on it was that LMS & Hock were tussling to get their heads in position and had a bit of a ruck. Hock got the better of it. It was handbags, 2 yellows at best.

The real dog was Magennis who totally lost it. Hitting someone from behind - dog act No1, swinging for O'Loughlin who was trying to calm the situation, dog act No2. Not wanting to condone anyone for punching but if anyone deserved a clout from Mossop it was him.

At last a very balanced and unbiased view.

You cannot beat a bit of biff, the origin game on wednesday came alight after it, no yellow never mind red cards in that game, complete over reaction, 4 yellows at the most, 2 each. After that a complete anti climax, really thought Saints might have staged a comeback, felt it on the terraces too but you are not the same outfit as last year. You are missing Big Red.

Not to be pedantic but Jennings got ten for his part in the biff. And got a weeks ban for his troubles too.

Only one player will be getting a lengthy ban after causing that brawl and it's Gaz Hock. His record of 2 year ban for drugs, gouging, pushing ref and all the other things he's done wont help.

If Magennis has hit him from behind then it's wrong, if your going to fight with someone then at least have the guts to stand toe to toe.

At the end of the day we ain't going to miss Magennis as he's basically rubbish and should be shipped out ASAP but I've a feeling you men will miss gaz hock a little more.

Hock pushing the ref? Nope, grabbed his arm to complain about something.

And going on your logic, you could lose most of the team and not miss them.

we didnt miss HOCK when he got sent of with 20 odd mins to go,,, just shows how crap your team really is now, anyone but HOCK.. and nothing would have been said,,, get over HOCK.. and start worrying about your own players,,,
