For a school teacher who works with people as team I thought you more than most would understand that sometimes that little arm on the shoulder, that little pat on the back, that little hug can make all the difference.
Like I said, it's good team management.
No good coach in his right mind would just turn his back on a player without doing all he can to help, if after he's done all he can then fair enough but it's clear brown feels he's got the coaching skills to get the best from Moore.
