Seams to me that something similar to the AVB at chelsea situation has occurred down at Langtree. Can be the only explanation from being horrendously bad to so good ??

Well I watched Chelsea yesterday and they where still so no not really anything like that.

It is a good point, that kind of turn around isn't possible by a coach within a week. It's the same players we've used previously and the effort, the commitment and the focus was far better than anything we've seen this season.

If they can do that to Leeds, they should have been able to beat Bradford last week, who are shocking and smashed by Salford at home today. The players shouldn't be impervious to criticism over that, their effort and performance hasn't been good enough this season.

A lot of players have let the club and fans down very, very badly so far this season. Amongst all the euphoria, let's not lose sight of the fact that we're probably going to be in a worse position to be able to win anything this season now than if they'd just pulled their fingers out, put their grievances behind them and shown a tenth of today's effort and determination on the pitch for Royce (whatever his issues) and kept him in his job for the rest of the season.

I don't know about that. If they'd lost confidence in him to the point that they were worried he could blow big games by poor selections/substitutions for example, its hard to blame them for wanting Simmons out of the way. They had to show that it was the right move, and have made a good start - they'll certainly feel the pressure to perform the next two games as well.
