That's who I'd like to play. Local derby, they will have good following with it being their first game in super league at the best stadium in super league and it should be a game saints should win.

Is the saints logo staying the same as it has been in 2012 or was that a temporary thing?

To answer the question anyway, next year's logo is basically the same as this season's but with "Saints RL" replaced by "St. Helens R.F.C." after all the complaints. And with an extra bit of black 'round the "SH" bit. Go look on the OWS and you'll see it knocking about there I've every confidence.

Heard from a very good source that Saints are planning to play a friendly against Manly as part of there preperation for the WCC!!
Great idea if it comes off i'm sure we could fill the stadium for that one!!

RFL won't allow it.
Plus the Suoerleague season is starting a week early, so Saints wont want to play an extra mid week game and there is no undersoil heating that would guarantee the game going ahead.

You're obsessed with this. You mentioned it in reply to one of my posts on your boards. What's your issue? We've existed without undersoil heating for over a century.

And you have no idea whether the RFL would allow us to warm up the Manley lot or not. Quins have been the warm up team in previous years; why not Saints this time around? (And Quins don't have bloody undersoil heating either!)
