Think I'll be coming along to this game. Should be a good 'un! Will be with Wigan fans that I know, but I'm hoping you'll beat them.

Not sure what the outcome will be. Many are backing you guys to win pretty comprehensively, but I think it'll be very close indeed. Derby games are always difficult to call.

The way i'm looking at it last week we was very poor and Saints was good best i've seen them play this season and we lost by 6 points i feel quite confident that we will win on Saturday

It was one of our ebst perforamcnes of the season but we still managed to bomb at least 2/3 try scoring opportunities. If our pack smashes Wigan's again then I fancy us but I don't think Wigan's pack will be as poor this week and I literally can't call it.

I said to the father in law who is a Saints fan before the game 2 weeks ago they only way you will win if you stop us getting a roll on in the first 20 and tbh a under 9's side could have we was nothing short of shocking

Like you have said we wont be as bad on Saturday and i will stick with what i thought 2 weeks ago early on in the season when we played you at your ground you could stop that roll on we got and the scoreline said it i still think that was our best performance this year and hope we can get back to that form

Saints are hitting some form now we shall see on Saturday if the week off hurt you or helped is it right you played Leigh academy at the weekend?

Sure did watch it, the fact you were going for 2 rather than drive it in with penalties near the try line was an insight to your energy levels, Catalans were equally if not more shattered, they looked slow and clueless, they showed their opening season form. Wigan playing a team who are fresh is a different ball game altogether. I still stand by Saints by 12

We went for 2 at the start cause we knew it would be a massive arm wrestle and we won it after 20-25 mins does that not say we still have the energy there?

I agree Saints will be fresher they have had a week off but sometimes it can hurt teams we shall see on Saturday but it wont be the Wigan team that played Saints 2 weeks ago

If that's an insight into Wigan's energy levels then the team must have been tired at the start of dozens and dozens of matches over the last few seasons. They go for the 2 at pretty much any opportunity. I think it says more about how they expected the game to be tight rather than being tired. Not that the forwards didn't look tired in the opening 20 minutes but once Prescott came on the Wigan forwards then gained the upper hand and never looked back.

Not heard about the game against Leigh academy but it wouldn't surprise me. Although we were excellent first 20 2 weeks ago, I'd say we carried that on until at least the 35th minute and other than the 5 mins either side of half time, things were fairly comfortable. The first 20 mins will be huge this week, but I don't think we'll definitely lose if we're behind at that point.

Sorry Saintsfan but Wigan were poor. Just look at the missed tackles, incomplete sets, stupid penalties, unforced errors etc. Lightening wont strike twice though and Saturday will show who is the better team.

Nothing to do with Saints dominating and Wigan chasing the game, no siree bob.

As we all know - Wigan's mistakes are all unforced, while everybody else's are forced by the unstoppable Wigan machine.
