Wish I shared the confidence of some of you "die hards" but three teams seem to be really doing the business and Saints are just outside that circle this season, even though they finished third.

Come on you Saints.
Any score will do as long as it is a winning one for us.

Personally i think we can only beat them one week. So providing we would beat Catalan I think our best shot is the final semi. Although Wigan havent beat Catalan and they looked decent last night albeit against a poor hull kr performance

If we beat them today then we will finally get the belief that we CAN beat them, and with them STILL not getting a week off which they obviously need, I think we'd have a great chance at doing it again should they get through Catalan.

Either way id be pretty gutted if we went through a season without beating Wigan or Wire

Conversely, the pressure on Wigan will start to grow. They have been favourites for a clean sweep all year, they choked in the game against Warrington, costing them the hubcap, to lose the GF would be a big disappointment to them, to not even make the GF would be a major cock up. If Saints win today, Wigan will be starting to feel their dodgy old knees knocking together, and thinking about sending Madge home without the major prize he wants.

We've been so very close in all but one of our meetings this season so far, so I believe we can do it! Our forwards need to man up, our backs need to work their socks off, we need to defend for the full 80, our kicking game needs to be spot on and NO DROPPING THE BLOODY BALL!! Easy peasy!
