Have tried talking to the shop before and got nowhere, can't beat face to face, so I'm sending my bruv' there tomow to try to sort it out.
There was nothing to complain about at the start of the year; it was straight forward - we got our season tickets last year and they got a little plan out of the new stadium with each seat coloured in that was already sold and said "now lads where would you like to sit" and we picked our seats. However, they said thats fine but at the stobart you will have different seats.
So here I was expecting a renewal invitation/notice with my new (better) seats in thew new stadium. How stupid of me.
