Try writing to the St. Helens Star. They are usually very good at publishing a plea like yours. It is surprising what they come up with sometimes. Has Norman Sutton got any remaining relatives living in St. Helens area? Some older reader might remember him from schooldays or as a neighbour etc. It's worth a try anyway.
