I think you should release Eastmond and show he's not holding up your club.
Then make a new increased offer to Graham letting it be known that you value him far more than Kyle.
Graham is the one you need to keep, in his case you really do need to put everything you possibly can into his offer of a new contract.
He's far more valuable to Saints and SL than Eastmond and I do hope the rumours a while ago of him signing a 5 year deal are true.
If it was between one or the other, Graham everytime.

Is he though? Graham is a fantastic player and IMO the best prop in the league but good props are easier to come by than good scrum halves that have potential to be great. Both players have potential to be saints legends and I would not like to have to choose between them. It looks as though that choice is not going to be saints' though.

It's nothing to do with money for Graham, it's about his dream of playing in oz. His decision won't change for a few more quid, he really loves saints

Just a suggestion, if Kyle does go would it be worth having a look at Deacon as I cant think of too many scrum halfs that would just take over from Kyle?
