Quote: Ski "Catalans are more worried about themselves. Ensuring they have 9,000 each week from the local area, and make sure the club is going for years to come. If I was them, I'd be more worried about trying to push to 10,000 Catalunians than a choice between some slack jaws from Wakefield and some theiving Plastic Scousers getting smashed in their streets.
The victim mentality comes from the fact Saints fans seem to find a consipricy against St Helens at every turn.
You have taken that decision to go to Brazil over going to watch Saints. You cannot blame the fixture list for that, but your own desires.
I feel I am having the same conversation/debate with fans with this set of fixtures.'"
The decision was made when the fixture list came out. I will be going on two holidays this year, and Catalans away would have been one of them had it been in summer. Instead, I will be going somewhere else, so yes the fixture list was the decisive factor in the decision. No harm done, but it would have been nice, hence why the fixture should be shared rather than picked at random.
I assume the initial paragraph was to gain a reaction from people from St Helens or Wakefield (as I assume the initial 'horrible scouse victim mentality' comment was to get one from people from Liverpool), but as I am none of the above you will have to look elsewhere.
