i.m.o playing eastmond on saturday is a gamble

I wonder what the deal is with Moore?
For me, he can come up with his fair share of foul ups, but not so much that he can be dropped out of sight.

My son was playing at Oldham St Anne's on Sunday morning, I saw Kyle watching one of the games, he was on crutches.
I asked him if he would be fit next week and he said no chance.

Scott Moore has apparently got a broken hand. So Lomax plays six, Roby off the bench interchanging with the King.

Eastmond's attitude in those quotes is the worrying part for me. Sounds like he quits far too easily.

If Moore is out then for the balance of the team I agree in playing Lomax. I just like the idea of Roby playing the full 80. I can see us lining up with

Slightly concerned about the bench though. Not sure there is enough coming off it to make a huge difference. THe other option is to play Lomax at 6, Wilkin at 13 and Robes off the bench.

If there is no-one to play 6 (moore, lomax, eastmond) then wilkin has to move to 6. we then have two choices. Bring in another forward that didn’t play against hudds (ashurst, fa’asavlu, fozzard) or bring in gardner and move flannery back into the back row. It has to be the 2nd option as none of the other forwards at our disposal are match fit.

Therefore, assuming no lomax, moore or eastmond….

Wello, foster, gidley, meli, gardner, wilkin, smith, graham, cunningham, hargreaves, soliola, flannery, puletua. Bench: roby, clough, emitt, Dixon.

I might be tempted to start with clough or Dixon and have TP on the bench for impact.

If lomax or moore is fit they just come in for eastmond and its otherwise the same as hudds.
