Quote tm - tl="tm - tl"Work rate is as good as anyone, yes. But i want a winger who can beat a man for pace, return a ball with interest and hold his line in defence. All of which Ade isn't doing well enough if at all. I'm not usually one to knock players as my previous posts will show but he (imo) is going backwards.'"
Gardner is putting in the effort and looking less fragile but ultimately is not good enough.
Fair play to him he is really grafting.
Given his size pace and experience he should be migrating to centre at this stage of his career.
He is too synthetic a player and fragile to be a centre.
Foster is doing it at the moment. Not an instant Albert but is offering evasion and threat with
ball in hand. Kicking goals , diffusing bombs and wowing the ladies with his haircut and
boyband looks. The future is bright for foster.
