I cant seem to find the junction they are talking about on the map??? i was wondering if anyone on here knows of where this hold up is and any ways round. Thanks.

I think they mean were Knowsley rd/ millfields meet at the fire station, there is some gas works on that corner, but nothing serious

There is an article in today's Reporter that states United Utilities are constructing an underground water storage tank in Mill Brow. They started work on Monday in Ackers Lane and it could take 14 weeks to complete. A small section of Ackers Lane will be closed at the junction of Mill Brow and Knowsley Rd. Access to Ackers Lane will be maintained via a small diversion route which will be clearly signposted. Pedestrian access will remain open at all times. Traffic is however expected to build up around the area.

the traffic was pretty bad there a few weeks back but its fine now(may be an old traffic report?)
