Just like to say Jammer had morley in his back pocket last night. Gardner was taken in the air twice by Riley and silverwood ruled in their favour.Only mistake he did was the Gidley one, besides that, excellent performance.

Quote: Noel Cleal "You are all being a bit harsh with Myler. You have to remember that Eastmond has been given a lot more games as Saints scrum half than Myler has as Warringtons. There is a big difference between playing at Salford, where no one expects you to do anything, and Warrington, where people are looking to you to win big games.

Also Kyle has also got the support of some pretty handy playmakers in Wilkin, Pryce, Roby etc. Without Briers, Monaghan was the only true playmaker that Myler had to back him up.

They will both become very good players.'"

Myler has played a lot more games at scrum half in Super League than Eastmond has.

of what i saw of Salford last year, Ratchford looked the better halfback of the two.

Salford hardly counts as Super league experience icon_wink.gif

As I said playing for a team will little expectations that are not involved in any big games is not going to prepare you for playing for England or in Saints-Wire derbies.

Quote: Saint Simon "the other way of looking at it is that now he has one of the best packs in the league in front of him, he should be flourishing, but isnt'"

He isn't doing that bad. There was not this reaction to Eastmond after Long outplayed him in round 1.

He is still learning what big games are all about.

They are quite different half backs its hard to compare the two.

He looks a bit slow for a half back to me. I am not sure where he would fit into any other team. But still, not a bad player.

Quote: Dux "Am I missing something? Myler doesn't seem to be doing too badly at all to me.'"

I agree, he is only a young lad who plays in the most important postions in the team, he needs time.

Kyle and tomkins ain't the same style players as myler, kyle and tomkins like to run with the ball which is easier than being a out and out playmaker like myler will be.

Im sure all 3 will be top class players but kyle has the x factor, he's a match winner just as longy was.
