1.Leeds
2.Wigan
3.Warrington
4.Saints

Wigan and Warrington must have improved so much in a short time. Huddersfeild will be one to worry about they had such a good squad and have imporved with some good players.
Also IMO i think the Crusaders will not finish bottom of the league they have a good few player and a good coaching team.

I agree, Huddersfield and obviously Leeds are the two teams we should worry about this season.

Leeds are definitely the team to beat with Eastwood beefing up their pack just when they are looking like they need it. I would agree with the assessment that Wigoon are our main rivals for third. Wire's front row looks a bit thin and you have to imagine that this recent investigation at the Giants is going to have some effect on the players and possibly team spirit.

Fair point about Huddersfield but based on the players they have I think they could cause us some problems, assuming the investigation is cleared up.

I think Hudds will suffer from second year syndrome, tehy were the surprise package last year, and outperformed most peoples expectations. Expect something of a "bump" back to earth this season. Saints are in the mix with Warrington and Wigan, as well as Hull and Bradford. Saints have the benefit of being a settled side, Wigan are pinning their hopes on Maguire getting the best from what appears to be a fairly thin squad, Hull Bradford and Warrington are all pretty much unknown quantities, relying on their new players to gel. Leeds to finish top, pick any from the next 5 in any order. Hudds, Cats, Wakey, Quins, Hull KR and Cas to fight for the remianing top eight spots, Salford trailing behind with the Crusaders a distant last.

Personally I think Huddersfields form (and one or two other clubs) will depend on who the officials decide to referee the game this season.

According to my Dad, the Daily Mail managed a whole page about the start of the Superleague season in today's edition. (Apparently they manage a whole quarter column normally, so I suppose this is a big effort from them!)

I don't think our front row is that thin. Even though Rauhihi and Pickersgill have left we should be alright. I mean we won the challenge cup final without Rah and Pickersgill was on loan most of the season.

If anything. Our pack is our strongest asset.
