So Cunningham doesn't even get called up for his elbow on Tomkins?
Substance use, punching and fracturing eye sockets, high tackles, flying elbows, swinging arms... Cripes, all he has to do is kill someone then he really will get away with murder.
The disciplinary panel should be ashamed of themselves.
