- actually I thought Meli seemed to actually be making an effort tonight.

Pesimistic before the game with the young lads but now optimistic after this, they did*nt let Sts down.

Had to watch the game on Sky tonight but I was listening on and off to Radio Manchester for the Wigan scores. They kept going over to the Wakey game and the commentator kept saying to Deardon and Trevor Hunt about them drooling over Ainscough at Wigan. Wait until you see young Wheeler at Saints he is top class and scored a wonderfull try.

Well that's more than I thought

Ainscough made two howlers tonight that cost tries. But you have to live with that, and Sam had a poor game with his decision making, same applies.

So will they join us via Leigh or Widnes?

His go forward was good tonight but the performance wouldn't have been complete without a knock on from a high kick.

He has made howlers in at least 2 other games as well. I worry that Ainscough appears to believe that he is a world beater already, and seems to be more concerned with his tatoos and fake tan. I realise players need to be confident, but when it becomes arrogance at such an early age I worry. Someone needs to ensure that this superb crop that are in SL keep their feet on the floor to become great players, and maybe then they can live the celebrity lifestyle.
