When i was young (under 15) i was one of those who didnt care too much about watching the game and would rather speak to my friends. Thats all changed for me now and i expect that will happen with a propotion of the younger fans when they come of age.
Bring back the childrens section where they can all mingle between themselfs and not bother other supporters, they would probably prefare that too. If their parents pay saints for their children to socialise who are we to care if they dont watch the game if they're out of sight in their own section.
