He made a mistake, but he's a young lad, he is expected to make mistakes. There is nothing wrong with that, provided he learns from it. He didn't fare too badly considering that he was playing out of position. I wouldn't look to Wheeler, or any of the kids, to blame for the defeat, it was the senior players making bad decisions and silly errors that cost us.

considering he was out of position i think he managed quite well if im honest.
he scored a try and that was with seeing hardly any of the ball. this shows quality and ability to find the try line.
he is not a natural centre so i would forgive him for coming inside most centres would use footwork and and a good offload to put the winger away maybe a rush of bloof to the head and maybe thought a step back on the inside and a supporting player would follow
