Maybe, but that top-class half definitely isn't either Green or Smith... Smith would have been a very good signing for us if we could have gotten him cheap on a 2-year deal but that was never going to be able to happen with Wigan's interest in him. At the end of the day we've got Wello, Wilkin and Hohaia who have all the experience in the world playing pivot roles at the very highest level - they're a better well of knowledge for a young half to learn from than most teams in the competition have to call on.
