Height wouldn't be a problem. He's more or less same height of some top quality fullbacks.

One things for sure, if lomax does move to fullback, if anyone makes a break it will be a try because he defence at times is shocking.

Lomax's defense seems okay to me. The only tackles he misses are mismatches with big men. He handled Tomkins well in the derby.

Really? I thought his defence was very good.

I never noticed myself until we lost to the pies at their place whets he missed a shed load and from then on I notice he misses a lot of one on one tackles.

I just had a look and he's missed 21 this season which is pretty much par.

Edit: It's actually much better than a lot of players.

I think defence is one area in which Lomax has improved considerably since last season, when he was poor. However, he could do with learning how to hold on to a ball and also how to kick, as his kicking game is generally awful.

Really!? He's got quite a chunky build though, perhaps that makes him seem a little shorter to me?
