Had tickets to go to Odsal but could not be bothered with the drive so thought lets go and have a look at Oxford and Skolars.
Turned up today and what a revelation, Sat by the club house watched two teams that had very little to play for and loved every minute. Delightful little ground! Both teams put in a good performance, passion, pride ans some good skills on show. Helped that the sun was out.
All I can say is I wish I had made the effort earlier in the season.

Having a local team has certainly brought back to sport as I had drifted away with Saturday kick offs and the travel from Oxford
Having ORL playing on a Sunday means I can still follow Oxford United and jump on a local bus on a Snday rather than a drive to London
