Again, the same old line about The Beatles being 'innovative'. Again, the same question: How can you be considered innovative when your sound is ripping off other peoples work?

If you want to claim that they populised the US R&B and, later on, Psychadelic sounds then yes, no argument. But they didn't create either, they took what was already there and put it on a bigger stage.

I couldn't believe it myself as the song was a dirge and hearing her speak was painful too. Shirley Bassey showed how to do it properly though.

Off the top of my head Skyfall is possibly the worst ever Bond song. Adele won the Oscar (and the BAFTA) simply for the fact that she's Adele.
