Went to see them last year at Manchester, best live band i have ever seen, these tickets should get snapped up.

And that's what generally gets up my nose! You've only to broach the subject with Muse lovers and the first thing they say is "saw muse at ******( wherever) the light show was amazing! |

True and for me personally I'm not bothered if a band have a great light show or have cannons that shoot balloons with glitter in the middle of them, I'm there to see the band play live. They dont have to even interact with the crowd that much. Don't think Kevin Sheilds said one word to the crowd when I saw MBV couple weeks ago.
I'm not criticising Muse or there fans as they must be doing something right to be able to fill out Wembley stadium couple of times over (even I went once) but give me a band in Fibbers in York any day (or similar venue) than stadium rock. |

Yeah that's allowed I think but for me I would stick Brudenell in front of both. Many good gigs I have been there. Caribou been pretty much at the top |

Like Brudenell but has too much of a working men's club feel to me, but it means you get incredibly close to the bands! Totally opposite end of the spectrum but best venue I think I've been to was the Rainbow in Finsbury park, London, that was hair on back of the neck stuff! Maybe venues can be a thread on it's own.
