| Well done Leeds. Considering we went into the game with no form at all and we lost Sinfield early (our most creative player) we really stuck at it could have won. We had no favours from the ref whose interpretation of laying on in the tackle was inconsistent. He allowed Storm far more time in the tackle and also let them get away with consistent offside.
Sky' s commentary and summing up was way off. Storm did not outplay Leeds. It was a case of Leeds losing the game rather than Storm winning it. We created the most try scoring chances and Watkins's poor finishing was very dissappointing and cost us the match.

Sit down and watch the replay. Leeds were just as guilty of lying on in the tackle etc. The ref in some instances favoured Leeds. I thought Leeds were very lucky with some of the decisions tonight. On the night Storm were the better side and so SKY'S commentry and summing up were spot on. Some you win and some you lose.

| The Storm kicking game was superior to ours, they made generally more metres with the ball in hand.
But we had the ball over the line more than them just couldn't get it down properly.
So, no not outclassed but I thought the better team won.
Beaten but not disgraced.

| Considering Storm only played the Quins last week....!!!!!!....Sinfield your most creative player?????.....You created the most scoring chances!!!!!....You actually think you deserved to win that game tonight?...Only thing i agree with is that Silverwood did aloow a lot of messing @ the ptb....Oh..and think Bentham might had a Brain Blowout in allowing the McQuire try as well....

Sorry but your opinions are too biased. Leeds made the most try scoring chances against the best side in the world and had Donald played would have won - bent ref or not! Senior was almost upright after the tackle and still was being interfered - no wonder he was upset. I think it is you who should look at the re-play

Absolutely, we had the chances and didn't take them. Watkins cant be blamed but IMO if Donald plays Leeds score both and probably win the game. Quinn went in for the last try with both hands on the ball, Watkins went one handed and the lost control. Still he's only young and it's all experience for the lad, just hope he learns the lessons.
All there points were from our indiscipline and errors. Ali's play the ball was shocking, Senior should have kept his mouth shut but they still have to convert the chances so well done to the Storm. The ref was shocking aswell, why change how he ref's SL games?
We look clueless in attack alot of the time, Burrow was putting cross field kicks in that their wingers were catching in goal, Slater was taking every bomb, we didn't know what else to do and it was frustrating, we didn't try and build pressure whereas they were making sure they tried getting repeat sets if they didn't score. Get back to SL now and make sure we are playing the WCC again next year. Hope Sinfield isn't too bad.

| You were beaten by the better side, Melbourne took the chances they were given, Leeds bombed the chances they had knocking on over the line. Referee was fair for both sides, and you should consider yourselves lucky for scoring a try all night, if it wasn't Leeds it would have been chalked off. Melbourne back line was more on the ball and had a solid game plan. The reason you lost is not because of the referee, it is because you did not take your chances when given to you. Fact.

| Melbourne showed how to build pressure and how important that is in a tight game - we blew three serious chances. We started most of our sets in our own 20 so well done to the Storm for that. For me the game was way too slow and for that Silverwood has to take some of the blame.
Smith apart - who I thought was magnificent - Leeds kept the Melbourne stars quiet all night - on balance the better side won in an absorbing game.
Great value for money worth every penny

| We can't blame the referee entirely, they had two wingers who finished and Watkins unfortunatly didn't, yet I wouldn't blame him either he's only 18, Melbourne had their tactics spot on, they slowed us down and we didn't slow them down, in truth I thought under the conditions it was never going to be fast and flowing and I think Melbourne got it right on the night, losing Sinfield was a blow but we have plenty of leaders, we are still not anywhere near our best but their are some promising signs that we will soon get back to what we do best which is running with pace and offloading.
