I don't think the last two games means we're suddenly title contenders again, but we have made significant progress. The new signings have taken us forward - I particularly like Ava and Martin, but Lui is going about his business too.

I think whoever we get needs the skills to bring the young lads on the most, that would be my first criterion. The future of this club is in the lads coming through the academy now; we must build on their talent and convert it.

Agreed I honestly think a period of continuity and a settled set up bith playing wise and backroom staff may be the best thing for the club weve been through a hell of a lot in the last 2 years

I don't think Broadbent, Johnson, Holroyd, Trout, Walters or Stephens are too far off first grade now, and there are more coming along the conveyor belt including a couple I think personally are future internationals.

We only need 2-3 more players and we'll be competitive next year, and looking dangerous by 2021 again.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Agar get the full time but I would definitely want Carr in at full time assistant, or the other way round, I think Carr has added a lot behind the scenes but Broncos fans are adamant that Danny Ward will be here, I can’t see it.

Ward isn’t the right fit for me, I agree Carr should be involved I don’t think its a coincidence that weve looked better with him around

For me it will be agar. A good rugby brain and offers the club a period of stability which it clearly needs . If we get ward we have failed again with the constant obsession thinking our old boys are the best people to get us out of this mess?? Until we get away from the constant jobs for the boys mentality we won’t ever improve .
