Corey Oates at the Broncos tried it and was an utter failure despite seeming to have all the qualities for a back row.

Good box 2 interview (if you can bear JJB's waffle) with Ian Blease. Like Arthur, not a man who is spouting platitudes or theory, just somebody with great experience in different roles and in different walks of life. Will be fascinating to see what he can come up with.

Isn’t Corey Oates leaving Brisbane? He would be a good spot on one wing if they really want to use quota on a back.

His appearance record looks very iffy over the last five seasons. We need to be very wary about repeating the same mistake we made with Fusitua.

He's exactly the type of player that we are screaming out for.
Kylie had only made 65 to 70 NRL appearances over 6 seasons,so he certainly wasn't a household name.
Surely there's plenty more players like that in the Holden Cup or the Queensland Cup and BA has already contacted their agents
