| No, definitely not, didn't work out too well for him or his form last time.

It looks to me he won`t be here in 2026 more or less saying he prefers to move back to the NRL and has unfinished business there. Maybe we should be tapping him up for some insider knowledge who we might be able to go after should he decide to leave. He knows probably all the coaches and their assistants and knows what is needed here.
This. As much as I'd love Arthur to stay this has all the hallmarks of homesickness and ambitions to coach back in the NRL. I'm not saying he's stringing us along but I do think there is a bit of stalling for time / not committing until the landscape of the NRL starts to flesh out a bit more. There's a few coaches there ATM under huge pressure and you just dont know if the axe will swing. Arthurs been pretty much upfront since day one so if he did get an NRL offer he would more than likely take it which is fair enough. I would hope that there's irons in the fire WRT a replacement with Blease so if the worst happens and he goes before the end we are not disrupted as previous seasons changing coaches halfway through and we don't get fobbed of with another assistant taking over in temporary charge, I'm with you lot, no half measures - proven coach or nothing. Totally agree. It's absolutely huge for the club if Arthur does not commit that we get the right calibre in... you can clearly see the difference he is making already, we'd be back in the top 2 or 3 next season under him with some sage recruitment, no doubt. One thing is if he does go, he has hugely improved the culture imo.. looks to have raised standards significantly and hopefully that sets us in good stead.

Really interesting signing from a strategic point of view. Pete Smith reporting this morning that Bentley, McDonnell, Gannon are close to agreeing extensions, so from a club point of view that surely means the second row is done. With Holroyd also likely to extend that surely means Lisone, Frawley and ECW will depart. ECW has a ready made replace in Sivo, Lisone (in my opinion) would necessitate a better replacement from the NRL, but what do you do with Frawley's quota spot? Don't think we need another half with Connor in place and Sinfield emerging, so for the 1st time in ages there is not an obvious position to strengthen. Personally I'd like to see us have a go at really quick hooker.

Just because one person comes on here and says we have signed someone , history tells us it may not always be true
My source has got a 2/2 record so far, So that's pretty impressive wouldn't you agree? He nailed Kallums resigning for the Rhinos and he/she also predicted that Liam Watts would re sign with Hull FC. and whilst none of their fans knew anything https://www.rlfans.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=649745

| Fair do's.
Assume were paying Warrens wages so hopefully he gets plenty of game time. This is a really sad situation for this Salford team all round and feel dreadful for the fans there, they've made some very big strides over the last few years but this has set them back years now.

It could well be worse than that for them, coupled with the noises surrounding the potential NRL takeover.
