Don't tempt me into giving you an 'Eastbound & Down' response to that, tvoc.

Arguably Brad Clyde was just as big a legend. And if you want to talk about "success" in the terms of premierships and Origin then we could stretch to Wendell Sailor

Brad Clyde - nowhere near the test and origin appearance of Buderus - maybe if he had ever been fit it would have been closer

You mean the one Peacock won for both of them!!

I earned a 25yards swimming certificate once but I wouldn't boast about it to Michael Phelps.
The one that Diskin "won" for Buderus was the least he could do for playing little better than Buderus would have done with his one good leg.

| I suspect Brad Clyde was rated more highly in Australia than Buderus. Mullins also had a huge reputation.

Actually, I think you'll find it's the one Sinfield won for them but I bet you couldn't bring yourself to type that.

Unlike some if he has a good game I say so if he has a poor game I say so - pity others on here are unable to follow suit.
For me 2009 wasn't just about the final - if it was Lee Smith had more of an influence in the win than anyone - it was about the year and Peacock was immense in that year - without him we would not have got to the final.

So can I but can you, really? I mean, lets remember who got the Harry Sunderland in 2009. It was Sinfield. But can you grit your teeth and praise him? Well, lets see what you wrote next.

| McShane is doing the business today. His width of vision when on the goal line is especially impressive.
It's another step to be able to do this week in and week out, and withstand the physical beating that means. A year of splitting duty should see him in great position to become 1st choice and play the majority of every game in 2012.

| The only player in the current Leeds team who has ever impressed me has been Sinfield, who is a superb player. But you have a real talent in McShane. He's like Cunningham in his reading of a game and ability to exploit any opportunity, especially near the line.
