Id expect a sell out for their game given the 2 teams. Id be disappointed if there was less that 13k tonight though. Having said that I wont be there but im hoping its not too busy at work so I can nip away for the game.

| Good game that I think in the scheme of things a hard workout against very determined opposition will pay dividends next week. Leeds play well when they have tough back o back games and I would rather that than a stroll tonight.

Wild horses wouldn't be able to keep me away from Headingley tonight though.'"
I completely share those sentiments - my heor too. Some of us are just too far away to have been able to make it tonight, but we were there in spirit. Truly moving to see so many heroes on the pitch at the beginning. And some of the play from McGuire, Burrow and Sinfield was a fitting commemoration to John Holmes.
Roll on Old Trafford

| I sat in the north west corner tonight. Fantstic atmosphere with the French. I managed to remember some of my french and enjoyed a good laugh with them.
Great night, i was proven i had a right to be nervous!
All aboard for Manchester!

| Brilliant night and i cannot wait for next week so excited!
But it has to be said (it wouldnt be the same without a bit of it) did Silverwood forget to bring his yellow cards? It was just unbelieveble! First the proffesional foul on Webb after his first half break - Silverwood saw it as a penalty but did it not cross the silly gits mind that thats a proffesional foul? Also he warned Bird about the messing at the ruck in the first half and it persistently carried on (at least 3 more penalties were given for messing at the ruck) but no cards were shown?

| What a fantastic kick by Donald running at speed to set up McGuire for his second try, inch perfect and is one of the best tries i've seen this year.
Great result but they made it abit nervy in the second half, the defence on our left will have to improve for next week, Senior and Hall were getting drawn in leaving Duport to go in at the corner from scrums. Lots of silly penalties which i thought we'd sorted and silly mistakes from needless offloads which i'm sure Bluey will be working on during the week.
Hope Brent Webb is okay, it would be devastating for him if he was to miss another GF after missing last years. Any news on what it is and if Bailey will be okay also?

Hall was drawn in a few times whilst the rest of the team were sliding out. Although on one occasion it did look like Senior's man had gone round him.
Poor games from Hall, McGuire and Smith tonight. Peacock and Sinfield were immense.
If anyone dares tell me Brett Hodgson is more deserving of being shortlisted for MOS than JP then frankly they need a lobotomy.

I have to say i've been a fan of hodgson at times this season but for him to be shortlisted and JP not is a travesty imo.
I thought the dragons were good tonight and nearly caught us out but we got there in the end and i'd love to know how many warnings a ref is supposed to give before sin binning someone!!!!!!!

| I'm gonna brake my code here and it hurts but the honest truth from me is the ref was shocking! The fact the game ended with a penalty to Leeds for a catalan head shot says it all!! Silverwood refed Leeds out of the game in the second half so it's hard to tell if we were tired, $hit, or robbed?
how no players went to the bin in that match I will never know?
a pro foul is a binning every time no questions asked! I swear on my life that's what I saw tonight on webb, if ablett's against the bulls was and pryce's against leeds was then tonights was.
silverwood needs to take a long hard look at himself.

you can't say that no team doesn't lay on in the play the ball and that if stretched you going to make a professional foul just allow your own team members back into play,
the first 30 mins was entertaining could of gone either way but then you wouldn't of expected catalan to just lay down did you

100% agree, i know weve just made old Trafford and moaning about the ref should be the last thing were discussing but its hard to ignore such a schoolboy error for the Webb proffesional foul. Anybody that knows anything about RL knows that that was a sin bin, everyone apart from the guy that does it for a living and collects a wage slip every week because apparently he is one of the best in the country

| Some of Sinfields passing was from the "John Holmes" handbook - the pass to Donald would have the great man smiling. The difference between the two sides was the offloads and that little bit of class. I thought Cats created some chances early on but didn't take them. Leeds are just on another planet when they click - even without the "Unfair Advantage" of Ali coming off the bench.
Stevo actually talked some sense last night when he said Cats did Leeds a big favour by coming on strong in the second half. Going to Old Trafford on the back of a comfortable 50 point win would not have been the best prep. (especially considering the war that will occur tonight). I also think there was a tear in his eye for the obvious reason.
I wonder if JP has upset a few people this year, I can't think of any other reason why he's not on the MOS shortlist. He was absolutely immense last night, as he has been all season.
Wow. Another GF, 5 in 6 years. Lets make some history now!

| McGuire's 2nd try was pure class from the start of the attack to the finish, with Donald's weighted kick simply sublime.
That move alone was worth the price of your season ticket.
Fitting also, that on a night we remembered John Holmes, that it was another outstanding leeds stand off who received the Man of the Match accolade.
Old Trafford it is then!
