Anybody can catch covid and there should be no blame attached. Clearly their has been a breakdown in protocol to have so many positive tests in one location.People have to go about our normal lives and will be come infected however an employer has responsibility to put process in place to minimise risk and individuals have responsibility to follow the rules.
